WILLIAM
BOTHAMLEY, MD
Dr. Bothamley earned his medical degree in 1992
from the University of British Columbia and completed his residency
at the University of Washington Family Medicine Spokane and the
Rural Training track in Goldendale. Dr. Bothamley has a special
interest in emergency medical service and is the Medical Program
Director Delegate for Emergency Medical Services of East Klickitat
County.
Dr. Bothamley
is a member of the Washington State Medical Association, American
Academy of Family Physicians and a Diplomate American Board of
Family Practice. Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced
Trauma Life Support, and Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics,
Dr. Bothamley is also a clinical instructor for the University
of Washington Medical School Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. Bothamley
has been practicing in Goldendale since 1996. He is married to
Ronee Boardman Bothamley of Goldendale and has two children.
MICHAEL
GARNETT, MD
Dr. Garnett received his medical degree in 1977 from
Oregon Health Science University and completed his residency at
Family Medicine Spokane. Dr. Garnett is a site coordinator for Rural
Training Track Residency at Goldendale in association with Family
Medicine Spokane and University of Washington Medical School.
Dr. Garnett
is a member of the Washington State Medical Association, American
Academy of Family Practice and Christian Medical and Dental Society.
He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of
Washington Medical School, Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. Garnett
has been practicing in Goldendale sine 1980. He is married to
Pam Garnett and has four children
JENNIFER
LENTZ, MD
Dr. Lentz received her medical degree in 2001 from
the University of Colorado and completed her residency at the Fort
Collins Family Medicine Residency Program. She is Board Certified
with the National Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Lentz
is a member of the American Medical Association and the American
Academy of Family Physicians. Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life
Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Life Support in
Obstetrics, and Neonatal Resuscitation, Dr. Lentz’s medical
interests include women’s health, obstetrics and prenatal
care, pediatrics, preventive and sports medicine. She is fluent
in Spanish and has experience in rural clinics. Personal interests
include gardening, music, and reading.

has been practicing in Goldendale since 2006. She is married to
Todd Lentz and has two young daughters.

LISA
NEVARA, ARNP FNP
Lisa Nevara earned a Masters
degree in nursing from Gonzaga University and is a certified Family
Nurse Practitioner. Lisa has medical clinic and public health experience,
and is also fluent in Spanish. Her practice includes diagnosis and
treatment of general health problems and women’s health issues.
Lisa
has been practicing in Goldendale since 2005.

TUNING, PA-C
David Tuning obtained his degree in 1975 from the
University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is a registered Pharmacist
and has a special interest in family medicine. David is a member
of the Washington Medical Association, Washington Academy of Physicians’
Assistants and the American Academy of Physicians’ Assistants.
David has
been practicing in Goldendale since 1975. He is married and has
three children
