William C. Bothamley, MD who originally joined us during his medical residency, has practiced with Klickitat Valley Health for 14 years. Dr. Bothamley is a Family Physician, with a special interest in rural health issues. He also serves as the Medical Director of Home Health & Hospice. He and Roneé, his wife of 12 years, have two young sons, Alden and Rogen. They enjoy family time with local travel and backyard gardening.

Michael Garnett, MD is well known to our community, having practiced with Klickitat Valley Health for 28 years. In addition to his Clinic rounds, Dr. Garnett has specialized in surgical procedures such as Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy, as well as teaching Resident Physicians for the University of WA Medical School. He and Pam, his wife of 34 years, have four grown children. They enjoy hiking, fishing, running and gardening. The Indian Heaven Wilderness Area is one of their favorite recreational spots.

Natalia Luera, MD joined Klickitat Valley Health after completing a physician's residency with us in 2009. Her practice focus is Family Medicine, with a special interest in women's and children's health. Dr. Luera is an avid runner and bicyclist, participating in road races that range from 5K (3.1 miles) to half-marathons (13.1 miles). She is close to her family, who also enjoy running and biking. Not only do they love staying active together – they love eating chocolate together!

Rebecca Nelson, ARNP joined Klickitat Valley Health in 2010. As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, she is qualified to treat patients within the full range of Family Medicine. Becky lives in Hood River with her husband David, an arborist and tree health consultant, and their 17 year old son. The family shares an interest in the natural world through hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, and birdwatching. Visiting extended family in New England makes for bicoastal travel adventures.

David Tuning, PA-C is a familiar face to many, having practiced with Klickitat Valley Health for 23 years as a Certified Physician Assistant, with a special interest in family medicine. He and wife Donna have three grown children and two grandchildren. His creative interest is sparked by photography and woodworking – outdoor fun includes hunting and fishing.

"I enjoy caring for our families, from babies to older folks. Being able to support them in health and illness, as both a medical provider and a friend, is the best part of working at KV Health."

Ilan Wilde, PA-C joined Klickitat Valley Health in 2008, relocating from Blakely, Georgia. He is a Physician Assistant with special training in emergency medicine, which he received during a 28 year career with the U.S. Navy. He and Bette, his wife of 36 years, have two grown children and five grandchildren. Together, they enjoy travel, entertaining and being with family.
