David Guarraia, M.D., Cardiologist

Dr. Guarraia earned a graduate degree in drug design & development at the U of Missouri prior to medical school, along with extensive biomedical research at the National Institute of Health, Washington University–St. Louis, and Cornell University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the U. of Arizona and his cardiology fellowship at OHSU, where he now serves as Assistant Professor of Medicine–Cardiovascular Medicine. Dr. Guarraia is triple-board certified in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology.

With access to a vast spectrum of resources, Dr. Guarraia looks forward to contributing to the cardiovascular fitness of the Goldendale community by bringing expanded specialty services closer to home.

Peter F. Banitt, M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Banitt has been board certified in cardiology since 1995 and is board certified in interventional cardiology. In addition to general cardiology, Dr. Banitt's practice includes interventional cardiology procedures such as angiography, angiplasty, coronary artery stent implants and peripheral vascular interventions.

He has been seeing patients at Visiting Physicians Clinic in The Dalles since 1999, and enjoys getting to know each patient as an individual to make sure they understand their particular heart condition and treatment.

Eli A. Rosenthal, M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Rosenthal has been board certified in cardiology since 1998 and is board certified in interventional cardiology. Dr. Rosenthal's practice also includes general cardiology, interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular interventions. He has been seeing cardiology patients in the weekly clinic in The Dalles since 2000.
