Golden View Terrace offers both retirement living for independent seniors and several levels of assisted living. Our emphasis is on relaxed, worry-free senior living, enjoyment of life and the companionship of friends and neighbors – all in a cozy, comfortable, home-like atmosphere. It really doesn't get much better than Golden View Terrace when it comes to retirement living.

Residents at Golden View Terrace don't have to worry about access to doctors and health services. Our facility is located directly adjacent to both Klickitat Valley Hospital and the Family Practice Clinic, so residents have easy access to any of the therapists, outpatient services, pharmacy, lab, x-ray and other services they might need from time to time. Additionally, we offer on-staff nurse coverage during the week.

Independent Living Program
The independent living program is for those seniors seeking an independent lifestyle who also desire the many convenience services available. Retirement living at Golden View Terrace includes the daily enjoyment of friends, social gatherings, delicious meals, events and activities. While personal automobiles are most welcome and parked free of charge, those without vehicles will enjoy using the facility car/van as their means to get to scheduled appointments, shopping and entertainment activities.

Assisted Living Program
Seniors who like to be as active as possible while enjoying the social life and various programs offered, but who need assistance from time-to-time, will benefit from our licensed assisted living program. Our trained support staff can assist with a variety of everyday living tasks based on the needs of each resident and the personal care plan that is developed.

Golden View Terrace services are available through private pay or reimbursement by Medicaid. A facility nurse assessment is required prior to being accepted, which our staff will coordinate. There are no buy-in fees or lease at Golden View Terrace–our simple month-to-month rent plan provides you with financial flexibility. Please contact us for our current rate schedule.
