Black Tie And Blue Jeans Annual Fundraiser

​For the past 11 years, the KVH Memorial Foundation has hosted a grand community gala - The Black Tie and Blue Jeans auction and dinner. This fundraising event has been crucial in helping the hospital district with a number of large, important purchases which have all helped raise the level of care at KVH.

Family Medicine - Donation of $55,000

Digitally integrated vital sign units.

Emergency Department/Safe Room - Donation of $30,000
Transitional Care Van - Donation of $30,000

Surgery & Acute Care - Goal of $60,000

The Foundation is currently raising funds for new, state-of-the-art Surgical equipment, as well as patient equipment for Nursing and Transitional Care.

Wellness & Therapy Center - Donation of $60,000

The Foundation was able to donate monies for equipment in the new, Wellness & Therapy Center at KVH. The Center, which opened in 2018, expanded our outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapy programs, gave home to our Nutrition services and has provided space to begin Community Wellness programs for the first time in the history of Klickitat Valley Health.

Relocating the Helipad - $32,000

Having a new home for lifeflight services was much need at KVH. Through the efforts of the Foundation, a new helipad was created close to Emergency Services for better, and faster critical care of patients needing to be transferred.
