KVH now has a full service retail pharmacy providing the same commitment to excellence that you have come to expect from KVH. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at KVH Pharmacy will work directly with your providers, KVH medical staff and other departments within KVH to provide safe and effective drug therapy to you, our customers. Medication adherence is an important part of staying healthy and KVH pharmacy is here to make it a little easier.

Convenient Prescription Refills

  • Use the RxLocal App - no need to have your prescription numbers ready!
  • If calling by phone - 509-773-7117 - please have your prescription numbers ready.
  • Customize your notifications: When your refill is ready, we can let you know by phone, email or text. Choose what’s best for you.
  • Sign up for automatic refills. For added convenience, you can have your prescriptions refilled automatically. Talk to a member of the pharmacy team about signing up.
  • KVH Pharmacy can typically fill your prescriptions within 20 minutes. Additional processing time is required for controlled substances, multiple prescriptions, or incomplete prescription or insurance information.

Stay in the prescribing loop with RxInform

If you are a patient of KVH Family Medicine, you will be notified via secure message when your provider writes a prescription for you. You will receive notifications via a personalized text after medication is prescribed electronically through our EHR (Electronic Health Record). The text message will direct you to a link from rxinform.org. Note: this message is not generated by the pharmacy and does not imply that your prescription is ready. To opt out, reply ‘stop’.

Curbside Pick-up

In response to COVID-19 and an effort to keep our patients, community and staff safe, all prescribed medications will be delivered through curbside pick-up at this time.

  • Designated parking spaces are marked with signage in the main parking lot of the hospital - 310. S. Roosevelt, Goldendale, WA
  • When parked in one of the Pharmacy curbside pick-up spaces, call the number on the sign and give the pharmacy your spot number.
  • All medications will be brought out to your car.

Prescription Transfers

  • To transfer your prescriptions to KVH Pharmacy, please call 509-773-7117. Transfers can take 1-3 days. Download the transfer forms (If forms do not automatically open, please check your download folder).
  • To transfer your prescriptions from KVH Pharmacy to a new pharmacy, please call the new pharmacy directly.

Insurance and payments

KVH Retail Pharmacy accepts most major insurance plans (please contact a pharmacy team member with coverage questions)

  • Having a copy of your insurance information ahead of time will speed the process considerably.
  • Credit cards are preferential and in alignment with guidance on decreasing potential COVID-19 transmission.
  • If applicable, please have your prescription insurance card and credit card ready when you call from curbside.
  • Please have your prescription benefit card with you if using insurance. We will ask you for the BIN, PCN and group number listed on the card to correctly identify your plan.
  • KVH Pharmacy offers text or phone alerts when prescription is ready.
