Share Access For Caregivers
Share Access allows family members or caregivers to see other adults’ medical information and manage their care. It’s the best way to let patients share information with caregivers as needed, while maintaining their rights to privacy.
Individuals with Share Access can:
- View portions of the patient’s health record
- View test results for the patient
- Send message to care team on patient’s behalf
Klickitat Valley Health mHealth app
Klickitat Valley Health offers access to its patient portal through the Meditech mHealth app, so you can have access to your medical records right at your fingertips.
