Klickitat Valley Health (KVH) recognizes the importance of patients’ access to information and is committed to helping patients better anticipate out-of-pocket costs for specific services or course of treatment. KVH’s Charge Description Master, also known as CDM, contains the prices of all services, goods, and procedures for which a separate charge exists. KVH offers this list of charges for you to access.

Important note: The available list of charges on the CDM is not a true estimate of your out-of-pocket costs for services at KVH. Your out-of-pocket costs will depend upon actual services that you receive, KVH’s negotiated rates with your insurance plan and your insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage determines your co-payment, co-insurance percentage, and annual deductible. The CDM does not represent the negotiated rates (also often referred to as “contracted rates”) between KVH and your insurance company. If the services which you receive are subject to co-insurance, the negotiated rate will be used to calculate that portion of your out-of-pocket cost.

While KVH strives to give you accurate information, this list does not reflect what you should expect to pay for treatment you receive at KVH. Several factors may affect your actual costs, including but not limited to when you receive treatment (prices are subject to change) and whether your condition requires you to receive additional or specialized care. For example, some laboratory and professional (e.g., physician, radiologist, anesthesiologist, and pathologist) fees may not be included in this list.
