KVH MAT Program Mission, Vision & Values
- WE GIVE patients access to evidence-based solutions that work and support them through recovery
- THIS INCLUDES the prescription of medication, which reduces uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms, reduces the risk of relapse, and stops opioid cravings
- EQUALLY IMPORTANT, we remain respectful and give guidance to the patient’s life goals
- BY PROVIDING these services to our patients, we hope to aid in their engagement with their community and in their family lives
