​When you or a loved one are suffering from a Substance Use Disorder, life can be challenging. The Medication Assisted Treatment Program at KVH offers help to meet those challenges in a compassionate and supportive environment. We offer hope to individuals with Substance Use Disorder to help them regain their lives.

Our MAT program has a team of caring professionals, providing access to:

  • Waivered providers that can prescribe buprenorphine and naltrexone
  • Care Coordination for helping to restore life necessities such as housing and transportation
  • Behavioral health referral(s) to provide holistic care
  • Referral to peer counseling and support groups
  • Comprehensive medical care

  • WE GIVE patients access to evidence-based solutions that work and support them through recovery
  • THIS INCLUDES the prescription of medication, which reduces uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms, reduces the risk of relapse, and stops opioid cravings
  • EQUALLY IMPORTANT, we remain respectful and give guidance to the patient’s life goals
  • BY PROVIDING these services to our patients, we hope to aid in their engagement with their community and in their family lives
